Will O’Neill is a soulless piece of s***
The chair of the Orange County Republican Party is void of decency, morality and a spine. And he's (of course) lying about being offended by a Tweet.
So yesterday evening the Orange County Register ran a piece headlined, REP. DAVE MIN CRITICIZED OVER SINCE-DELETED X POST ABOUT ‘PUTIN-TRUMP RELATIONSHIP’. Here’s the link.
The story, written by Kaitlyn Schallhorn, detailed this since-deleted Tweet from Min, the Irvine Democrat …
And first, a free lesson for the decent and honorable Min: Never, ever, ever delete Tweets unless you have a legitimately sound reason.
And second, screw Will O’Neill.
I repeat: Screw him.
In case you don’t know, O’Neill is the chair of the Orange County Republican Party. And, in the article, he said, “In the year 2025, the congressman representing Irvine, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Seal Beach woke up and decided that his contribution to society would be a crude and derogatory gay joke.”
Which leads to the questions Schallhorn needed to ask as a follow up, but failed to: Hey, Will, last week—led by the White House—the Air Force reversed its plan to offer early retirement benefits to some transgender members forced to leave the service. You have anything to say about that? Or … Hey, Will, Donald Trump continues to refer to CNN’s openly gay Anderson Cooper as “Allison.” You have anything to say about that? Or, Hey, Will, Donald Trump eliminated myriad protections for transgender students as soon as he took over. You have anything to say about that? Or, Hey, Will, you’re a huge backer of Sonja Shaw, who literally shows up at high school track meets to berate underage trans athletes. You have anything to say about that? Or, Hey, Will, you’re supporting Gracey Van Der Mark in her state assembly run—the same Gracey Van Der Mark photographed flashing white power hand gestures. You have anything to say about that?
Hey, Will, you support a president who fucked around on wife 1 with wife 2, then fucked around on wife 2 with wife 3, when fucked around on wife 3 with a porn star he paid off in hush money. You have anything to say about that? Hey, Will, you support a president who mocks overweight people, disabled people, POWs; who lied about being a hero on Sept. 11, who lied about nearly dying in a helicopter crash. You have anything to say about that? Hey, Will, Brown people are being rounded up by masked agents because they’re Brown. You have anything to say about that?
Answer: No. Of course he doesn’t.
Why? Because Will O’Neill is what we, in the business, refer to as a “little bitch.” He’s 100% politics and 0% decency. He would rather surrender the pillars of democracy but be on the “winning” side than stand for reason and decency, yet “lose.” He knows the Min Tweet would be, oh, the 754,322,567th most offensive thing Donald Trump has uttered, but … hey. It doesn’t matter. Assholes like O’Neill see only shark-like opportunities to attack. It’s what they live for. What their purpose is.
The craziest thing: Will O’Neill is a father. A husband. A dude who attends church. A dude who pretends to be reasoned and decent; honest and earnest.
Alas, he is as offended by Min’s Tweet as he is a supermarket fart.
It’s all theater, from an Orange County fraud in a suit.
From a soulless ghoul.
The article is behind a pay wall, but I have a work around to read a lot of things on line. The tweet was not that terrible. He should have left it up. From the article Log Cabin Republicans of Los Angeles, a group that advocates for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the Republican Party and for LGBTQ+ Republicans in the broader community, shared a screenshot of the post, saying, “I thought you (were) the party of inclusivity and kindness. But I guess homophobic jokes are ok to use as long as it’s directed at your opponents.” Why are these people Republicans. The Republican party doesn't care about them. Are any of the speaking up against anti gay bills. I wonder if any of them are in same sex marriages. Where are they when it comes to white washing history. I am sure there is something in the Smithsonian having to do with LGBTq. If so are they going to say anything if that history gets taken out of the Smithsonian. What are Log Cabin Republicans getting out of voting for Republicans unless they are rich.
