Katrina Foley: The remix album
We're meeting up Friday.
Say what you want about Katrina Foley’s campaign—they’re extremely prompt and reactive. I would say, oh, within 10 minutes of this post hitting the site, I heard from a surrogate. Then another surrogate. Then—Katrina Foley.
Who insisted she was unaware of my requests. And offered her cell number. And said, to paraphrase a bit, “Let’s do this.”
Well, now we’re meeting on Friday! For coffee! And maybe scones!

The universe is saved.
Katrina Foley is a warrior for her constituents but the campaign could be improved. The very fact she was unaware of the requests says a lot. In the campaign for the primary, I drove half an hour to Costa Mesa to canvass only to spend 20 minutes searching for the organizers. Nobody was there. After the primary, I collected some of Katrina Foley’s signs but an email I sent asking where to drop them off went unanswered. They’re still in my garage.
This makes me happy! I can't wait to read.
