Hey Jeff, I'm never been a big rap fan, but appreciate music of all types. More than that, I appreciate the various and perilous journey people take to become successful in life. It's all a learning opportunity. I have read or listened to almost all your books, and excited to use my Audible credit on this book (as soon as I'm done with Kamala Harris' "107 Days").
Two chapters in, and it reads with a heft that the sports books can't carry. I hope it goes off like a rocket and opens up a wider field for Jeff to write about.
I just ordered your book! I love biographies and although I m not a rap fan, I also hadn't followed Carmelo Anthony, but I loved his auto biography. I think I will love this book too!
I bought 2 copies, one for my daughter who loves hip hop and one for me. I have read a little bit about the Shakur family and looking forward to learning more.
