Thank you, Casey. We need more former students, like you, to step up and protect our schools so they can do their job of educating our future generations. We don't need the turmoil, the lies, the intimidation. We need School Board members actually focused on providing quality education without selectively choosing what a student can learn and read. We need to stop these "yellow school bus" MAGA mommas in their tracks. Encourage more former students like yourself to speak up and be heard. Thank you again.
"I don’t even know how many times I heard white kids say the n-word casually."
It's even worse today when you can say the n-word profitably. A Minnesota mother raised over $700,000 on crowdfunding platform GiveSendGoearned after she called a five year old the n-word.
Ah, the bravado of a kid who knows it all because she paid tens of thousands of dollars to sit behind a university desk for four years, listening to…whatever. Oh wait, she learned “REAL” history! “Big girl” history! History that goes beyond CUSD curriculum! So now, NOW we must be all ears to her assessment of our local school board! ………. (gasp!) What’s this? Said college student extraordinaire shares the same opinion on local school board as her … DAD?! Hmm. The seemingly self-proclaimed literary ingenue (snort) also comprises her editorial piece mostly of juvenile digs and not-particularly-clever gibes, also like dad. All in all, it was definitely a Pearlman piece - very little substance and lots of derisive virtue signaling.

A BIG THANK YOU to your daughter for explaining the how uneducated the board is.
The (writing) force is strong with this one...
Well done, Casey.
Go Casey!!
Kudos to Casey - and be careful about crossing the religious zealots - they are extremely underhanded.
I had the pleasure of teaching Casey at ANHS. She is a true mensch. 💪🏻
Thank you Casey!
Casey you make me hopeful for the future. Thank you
Thank you for a terrific article!

Maybe. But she does put her name behind her words. As do I.
Bravo Casey. You help make me feel hopeful for the future!
You’re right, bro; anonymity is only for the weirdos lurking behind the OurSchoolsCapo account (and for any other OurSchools account).
Casey didn’t hide behind a pseudonym.
Bravo, Sherine! Er, “Sheri.”
