Looking for young writers
The Truth OC has expansion dreams.
So, with crazy times approaching and the end of times hopefully not approaching, there’s a lot of ground to cover in local politics.
Hence, I’m thinking—writers!
I’d like to add some young writers!
The Truth OC is free, but enough people kindly enlisted via paid subscriptions that I have some spare change in the bucket. Hence, I’m looking for a handful of college-aged writers who might wanna land some assignments and earn a few bucks doing Q&As, profiles, social media, etc. over the next bunch of months.
To be clear, the pay would suck. But you’d get experience, exposure, resume fodder and legit editing from a journalist with some dirt under his nails.

Sadly, about 33 years too late. I definitely wish I could go back to my CSUF days and change my major to Journalism. Who knew so many independent voices would be necessary due to the corporate mainstream media folding like so many beach chairs on Labor Day? C'est la vie.
Sorry Jeff but have to say -college-aged? I’m kinda confused.
Maybe you have a good reason to narrow the field of writers to a youngish demographic. So I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. However, I contend there are many, many NOT college-aged who would be terrific contributors- just saying.
