Because the world is crazy and nothing makes sense and we’re all doomed to hell, you likely missed this Tweet from Laura Loomer …

And, in a strange way, the above image perfectly—like, perfectly—explains America: 2025. As we speak, the hard right brigade is going after anyone who publicly smeared or ripped or ridiculed Charlie Kirk after his tragic murder. These people, according to the MAGA majority, are disgusting, soulless individuals who must be shamed, exposed and tarred for the entire nation to see! They are scum! Vile! The worst of the worst! The enemy among us! They can never work again! Show their faces again!

But Laura Loomer, Trump’s BFF and defender of America, can refer to a Black congresswoman as a “ghetto black bitch”—and it’s not merely fine, but a whole lotta nothing. Not reported, not written about, not discussed. Trump will continue to invite her to the White House; continue to refer to her as a “very fine person”; continue his Tylenol-less assault on our senses and sensibilites.

And, should Loomer someone die young (To be clear: I do not want this. At all), she will be celebrated in a stadium packed with “patriots”; she will be likened to the Virgin Mary and offered a military funeral and be eulogized as one of our great patriots.

Why? Because, once upon a time, referring to someone as a “ghetto black bitch” was cause for damnation.
