This is a 20-year-old American citizen in Minneapolis who—during a recent lunch break—was tackled by an ICE agent, grabbed, dragged through the snow, handcuffed, thrown to the ground and placed in a choke hold.

He was then shoved inside a vehicle and told he needed to provide proof of citizenship—because he “ran” from the agent The agent followed by saying he needed to take his photograph. Mobashir refused, was hauled off to a detention center in Bloomington. Fingerprints were taken, he was released—and told he needed to walk home.
