A former colleague (I taught at CSULB and at Chapman) tells me that Chris is a genius. He was in her AP Spanish class at Los Al HS and, according to Shari, was always reading books during class. Still passed the AP exam. I have met Chris bunches of times and have contributed bunches of megabucks to his campaign.
Such a thoughtful guy and so sharp......the fact that he is running because he feels like he should, not because he wants to. THAT is service. I also appreciate what he said about "Wealth hording" as a mental disorder in light of the fact that we consider hording of other things to be disorders. "If the first $100 million didn't fix the hole in your heart another won't do the job." This is common sense and not in any way what his political opponents would call "class warfare"
This guy is so common sense and I WANT desperately a California in which HE wins office. Thank you for a great interview!
