I don’t believe in “guilty by accusation” and I’m surprised that you are engaging in it. Just because someone makes an accusation in a lawsuit seeking financial gain does not automatically mean they are telling the entire truth. There needs to be an independent investigation as well as testimony under oath.
Nothing in that claim is evidence, although the wording in the document repeatedly states that it is. Whatever the media says, lawyer comments such as opening and closing statements, comments the lawyers make in the courtroom, none of it is evidence. These are allegations. The claim document could be submitted as evidence, but even if it were, that does not mean that all the allegations in the document are accepted as evidence. This document is a pre-lawsuit government claim.
There are certain groups that need to stir up racism wherever they can while hiding behind the ultimate shield that defines anyone else as racist. I'm sure there are better things to report on Jeff - like the manufactured hysteria around Cornell - conveniently having attorneys close to the Democratic party bring up this case the day after this administration rescinded Biden era requirements that the claimant be interviewed by investigators before charges are brought. Now you get to stir up more "get the vote out" conspiracies - exploiting vulnerable people who are consistently targeted to push a woke narrative.
You questioning whether this behavior is actually racist is the “what was she wearing” of this story. Jeff put it correctly— whatever specific words were or were not said, and whatever is in her heart, this is a sad story about behavior resulting from apparent addiction. It does not bring me any pleasure to say that she needs to step out of the spotlight to deal with whatever she needs to deal with.
I have all of them - sister would laugh at them all - I have daughters who would never - and would hold their friends accountable for blatantly trying to manipulate the situation for maximum hysteria - and as a father of daughters I can attest that they needed to be taught not to be like those friends.
Not sure I understand as two cases being discussed here. For Cornell, Jane Doe was interviewed by Cornell and the police before any charges were considered, but the DA declined to press charges. Case being re-opened after the civil case was recently filed. For Anaheim, there's no charges filed and I wouldn't expect that. This would be a civil case if pursued, so there would be claims for damages but not charges as there would be in a criminal case. The city might decide to settle that before it would go to court, too using of course taxpayer money.
That was a statement, not an investigative interview. The changes in Title IX procedures were announced on the same day that the story broke - now escalated to Letizia James level of media circus to take us through the mid-term elections before dissipating like the Duke Lacrosse Team, who many still consider guilty of something.
As for Anaheim, the Mexicans throughout the Southland who support the Cartels need to be held accountable. There are council members throughout Orange County that have catered to the violent ICE protestors and media circus surrounding them - openly promoting LARRN who has documented ties to drug trade and gangs throughout OC and LA. The crimes behind these are used to source out those at the heart - which is why were seeing big takedowns of cartel leaders.
There is a path to legitimacy for those who are exploiting the system And sending $63 billion back to Mexico every year. It does not involve doxxing ICE family members or targeting people who report violent crimes.
The Anaheim council member has courageously shared her struggles with alcohol. If she were a member of Jeff's group of protected classes,he wouldn't target her. But Jeff is only white when it can help him - Goy Vey
What a sad chapter in Anaheim's story and a sadder chapter for Wylie Aitken's family.

Manufactured hysteria around Cornell? Apparently you don't have a daughter. Or wife. Or sister. Or mother.

Thank you, Jeff for calling out these individuals! OC is a more informed county because of you!!
