There is a journalist named Jacob Bogage. He is the White House correspondent for Reuters and a widely respected reporter.
For most people in the business of media and/or politics, there are the attributes that matter. Strong writer. Excellent interviewer. Reports his ass off. That’s what we see in Jacob Bogage, because his reputation is that of an all-star. Seriously, the dude has big-time credentials, and lives up to the billing.
Two days ago, however, Bogage committed a horrible crime. An unspeakable crime. A crime that, in 2026, makes him a traitor and an American villain. Namely, he asked Donald Trump why he wasn’t planning on traveling to Kansas.
Gasp!
Here is what the (grr) sitting United States president said in response …
Now, imagine for a moment you’re Jacob Bogage’s wife. His parents. His grandparents. His aunt and uncle. His friends. Imagine you’re them, watching the president of the United States fat shame your loved one. Imagine seeing it happen to someone who (like all of us) probably has his own insecurities. Imaging watching it again and again and again and again, mouth agape, fists clenched, heart broken.
Imagine it.
And, truly, I want to ask every Republican Orange County office seeker a simple question: Y’all really voted for this?
I’m being serious. Will O’Neill, cowardly head of the OC GOP—you cool with this bruh? Will, do you know anyone overweight? Anyone who has struggled with dropping some pounds?
What about you, Lisa Davis? You’re the president of the Capo Unified School Board. You rocked a MAGA cap. How does this make you feel? You’ve spoken out against bullying plenty of times. Obviously, “Grab ‘em by the pussy” wasn’t enough for you. Obviously mocking the disabled reporter wasn’t enough for you. Obviously dismissing POWs for being captured (“My heroes weren’t captured”) wasn’t enough for you. So how about this? How about the fat shaming?
I’m asking all y’all. Ken Calvert? Laurie Davies? Diane Dixon? Jennifer Adnams? Howard Hart? Gracey Van Der Mark? Wendy Bucknum?
Do any of you guys have anything to say about the meanness?
Any of you?
•••
Answer: Of course you don’t. You’re cowards and you’re soft.
But here’s what I’d like to say, on behalf of Jacob Bogage, to Donald Trump: First, fuck you. Fuck your cruelty, fuck your meanness, fuck your callousness. You are an absolute piece of shit, and I hope you die on the toilet while eating your third Whopper. I hope someone captures a photo of that moment, and I hope the photo goes viral, and I hope your epitaph reads, ASSHOLE WHO NOT A SINGLE PERSON LIKED DIED SHITTING HIMSELF WHILE GRIPPING A WHOPPER.
You are a worthless man, and you will be remembered for that worthlessness.
Also, not for nothing—look in the mirror and have some self-awareness. You, too, are no waif. You spray paint your skin orange. Your hands appear to be falling off. You paid a porn star hush money because you fucked her while your wife was home with your infant child. Your diaper sags. You smell of rot and spoiled ham.
You are the president of the United States.
And, amazingly, you are nothing.

Top it off with the fact that Jacob innocently asked if the reason Trump wasn't going to travel might have to do with how sick he is of traveling, NOT asking the dimwit if he was SICK. We all know Trump doesn't listen, but here it is, full stop proof that he was asked one thing and reacted to it as if he was asked something quite different.
Btw, at a city council meeting in Oct, Mayor Wendy and the others presented Second Harvest with a check because it was Hunger Awareness Month... I stood at that podium and asked them how they could literally support and vote for representatives who have taken food and services away from children then turn around and feign care for people in our communities that need help? Rhetorical, of course. But I love the opportunity to call the hypocrisy out any chance I get 😈
Truly disgusting behavior! But the kryptonite red hats are penetrated. Insults-repellent .
Or they are the uncouth, hateful, ignoramus fools we all think.
That’s a bit a rhetorical question .
